Jenya Renée is a unique handbag brand founded by Jenya, a devoted wife and mother inspired by her two daughters. After achieving success with her husband in another business, Jenya launched this venture to create fabulous, limited edition handbags and accessories that add personality to any outfit. Each piece is crafted from rare exotic skins and premium leathers, showcasing vibrant colors and exceptional quality. Jenya Renée’s mission is to empower women to express their individuality through stylish accessories that bring joy and inspiration to their lives.
I reached out to Jenya Renée after seeing an opportunity to enhance their ad creatives. During our meeting, they shared that they were only generating 1-3 orders per day. It became clear that they needed a better advertising strategy, as they were mostly relying on boosted posts. After our discussion, I helped them set up a complete ad account, including pixels and tracking tools, to measure their success. This foundation allowed us to create targeted campaigns that improved their visibility and boosted their sales.
I began by setting up a comprehensive ad account for Jenya Renée, including configuring the pixel and all necessary tracking tools to measure performance effectively. This foundational step allowed me to analyze their current strategy and identify areas for improvement.
After reaching out to Jenya Renée, I took the initiative to create a comprehensive plan for running Instagram and Facebook ads based on my market research and audience analysis using the following steps:
I conducted a thorough analysis of customer data to identify key demographics, interests, and behaviors. I created highly targeted custom audiences, including lookalike audiences based on high-value customers, and developed micro-segmented audiences to deliver personalized ad content.
I created multiple ad variants with different images, headlines, and copy to find the most effective combinations. Utilizing Facebook’s dynamic ad feature, I ensured the most relevant products were shown to each user based on their browsing behavior.
I used carousel ads to showcase multiple products in a single ad, allowing users to explore various options. Additionally, I developed high-quality video ads to demonstrate product features, benefits, and customer testimonials, and implemented collection ads for a seamless shopping experience directly on Facebook.
I tested different ad creatives, headlines, and calls to action (CTAs) to identify the most effective elements. I also experimented with different audience segments to find the most responsive groups, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) like click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS) daily. As I identified winning ads, I scaled the campaigns aggressively, ensuring each ad received adequate budget allocation.
I implemented retargeting campaigns for website visitors who didn’t complete a purchase, using compelling messaging to bring them back. I also retargeted users who engaged with the ads or social media content but didn’t convert, developing a full-funnel strategy with top-of-funnel (TOF) ads for brand awareness, middle-of-funnel (MOF) ads for engagement, and bottom-of-funnel (BOF) ads for conversions.
